  1. From the Backup My Org Home Page, click the “Logs” Icon

  2. You will be prompted choosing either “Backup Logs” or “Restore Logs”. In this example, select the “Restore Logs” option.

  3. After clicking on “Restore Logs”, a results table will appear with all of your restored scans. Click the “View” button in the row associated with the scan result you wish to export.

  4. A breakdown of all of your individual backup/restore will appear. This will include the name of the scan, backup/restore date, completion time, scan status, and all items, groups, and users that were included in the initial scan. There are two buttons on the right side of the screen. They are “Export” and “View Log File”. You will click “Export” button to generate the CSV file for that scan.

  5. Once clicked, 4 separate files will be exported to your downloads folder. The download will include:

    1. a CSV file of all backup/restore changes

    2. a JSON file of restore entries

    3. a text file of the restore logs

    4. a JSON file of the scan report

  6. Be sure to convert all 4 of these files into a .zip folder
