This article is a quick guide to exporting the logs in Scheduler for ArcGIS, if ever requested by our Support Division. Visual examples can be enlarged by clicking the image for better viewing.

Exporting General Log Files

Scheduler for ArcGIS has a general log file which will document errors and other application activities that are not specific to a particular task.

Step 1. On the Scheduler for ArcGIS home page, locate the help icon (question) in the top left corner.

Step 2. From the Help Page, an export can be created when clicking the button under the Scheduler General Log section.

Step 3. When the General Log File modal appears, proceed to begin exporting the file by clicking the “Download Log File” button.

Step 4. Send the requested file(s) as attachments to support@geo-jobe.com for review or for any further issues.
