Info: This article is a quick guide to exporting the logs of Clean My Org if ever requested by our Support Division. Visual examples can be enlarged by clicking the image for better viewing.
Step 1. From the Clean My Org home page, locate and navigate to the help page icon in the top right corner.
Step 2. From the help page, navigate to to the 'Export Logs' tab.
Step 3. In the Export Logs section, click to download the log that is requested by the Support Team.
Step 4. Once exported, proceed to send the requested log(s) as an attachment to support@geo-jobe.com for review or for any further issues.
