Although Clean My Org Can be installed to PCs, the CleanMyOrg service needs to stay open and active for the scans to operate, and won't do so if the computer is in sleep mode or suspended. This includes scheduled scans, as well.
If you plan on running Clean My Org on a desktop or laptop, the CleanMyOrg app console window always needs to be running.
Note: This is not an issue on servers, as Clean My Org will run as a service in the background.
