This article is a quick guide to exporting the logs of Backup My Org if ever requested by our Support Division.
Note: The visual examples can be enlarged by clicking the image for better viewing.
Step 1. On the Backup My Org home page, locate the help icon in the top right corner
Step 2. After selecting the icon, please locate the “Export Logs” tab
Step 3. From the Export Logs tab, please select the “Export Server Logs”
Step 4. Proceed to download the logs and send the requested file(s) as attachments to support@geo-jobe.com for review.
