Regarding Changes to "Find and Replace Webmap Service URLs" Tool

Recent versions of Admin Tools have changed access to tools related to to Webmap URLs. This includes the "Find and Replace Webmap Service URLs" from the Pro version of Admin Tools. We are looking to improve the way that particular tool is used.
