If the export isn't responding after selecting your items, and clicking the export button, please follow these steps:
Allow the the tool time to export. Sometimes, the tool may not show a progress bar, please give the tool up to ten seconds per item to perform the export, depending on the size and complexity of the item(s), as well as your network speed.
Try a different browser. Some browsers may fail if exporting a large amount of Items.
Attempt to isolate a "problematic" item causing the export to fail by exporting items one at a time until it is found. Sometimes, a specific item may cause the export tool to hang or fail. This could be related to the size of the item, or (in rare occurrences) file corruption.
