Handling CleanMyOrg Error: "TypeError: Cannot Read Property ‘db’ of Null"

Problem

When experiencing the "TypeError: Cannot read property ‘db’ of null" error in Clean My Org, MongoDB may not be installed on your local computer, or your MongoDB service is not running.

Solution

To fix this issue, please follow these steps:

1. From the start menu, open system application, Services.

2. In Services, locate “MongoDB Server (MongoDB)” and ensure its status showing that it is running. Right-click and select “Start” if it currently is not running.
