If You Get the Following Error: "IIS HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found"

"The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration"

  1. Open up ‘Programs & Features’

  2. Select ‘Turn Windows features on or off’ (on the left, must be administrator)

  3. Make sure ‘.NET Framework 4.5 Advanced Services’ is selected.

    -Navigate to ‘.NET Framework 4.5 Advanced Services’ > ‘WCF Services’ & make sure ‘HTTP Activation’ is selected.
